What measures are taken to ensure an on-time pickup and drop-off?
Each of our drivers follows a strict “Always Early, Never Late” protocol that works as follows:
1. Chauffeurs take off 15 minutes early in order to arrive at your pickup location 15 minutes early.
2. Using ‘time-saving shortcuts’, our chauffeurs get you to your destination(s) ahead of schedule. (These are tricks of the trade learned after driving tens of thousands of miles throughout Los Angeles County and greater area ).
3. In cases of heavy freeway traffic, we have access to FastTrak lanes on select freeways that zip you past the traffic.
How are you drivers vetted/screened?
We make sure we’re putting your company’s VIPs in the safest of hands by routinely vetting our drivers’ state & federal backgrounds, DMV records, as well as drug testing.
Are your prices online all-inclusive?
Yes. We pride ourselves in being clear and upfront with our pricing. At your time of booking we’ll provide an itemized cost breakdown.
How will I know my car has arrived and what if I need to contact my driver?
If you provide us with a mobile number, you will receive SMS alerts letting you know when your driver is on the way and when they’ve arrived at your pickup location.

Is gratuity mandatory?
Gratuity is at your discretion. We believe in ‘earning’ gratuity not ‘demanding’ it.
What is your Wait-Time Policy?
- On non-airport and non-hourly rides, we give you up to 15 minutes of free wait-time.
- Domestic flight airport pickups get 30 minutes of free wait-time
- International flight airport pickups get 60 minutes of free wait-time.
- (Note: Once the free wait-time is over, there is a charge of $1 for every extra minute waited thereafter.)
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are 100% free as long as we’re notified 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will be charged in full.
Do you offer a guarantee?
In the unlikely event that your service is not completed according to schedule, we guarantee 30% off your reservation total.
How do you protect the security of your clients' personal and financial data?
We do everything possible to protect your data. This includes updating to the latest security software to stay ahead of cyber criminals, being PCI Complaint, and refraining from sharing credit card or account data with third parties.
