Where do I meet my driver?
– On ‘inside meet & greets’ your chauffeur will meet you inside your airport terminal near baggage claim with your name card in hand so you can easily spot him/her.
– On ‘curbside pick-ups’ your chauffeur will meet you outside near curbside shortly after you contact him/her.
What is your wait-time policy?
– Services from LAX get 30 minutes of free waiting time on domestic flights and 60 minutes on international flights.
– Service to LAX get 15 minutes of free-waiting time.
Note: When the free waiting time is over there will be a charge of $1 for every extra minute waited thereafter.
When will I be charged?
Charges are not processed until the end of your service.
Do you offer child seats or booster seats?
Yes. Booster and child seats are available at $15.
Note: We do ask that parents please secure seats and children themselves.
Is gratuity required?
Gratuity is not required, however it can be provided at your discretion.
How are your drivers vetted?
We make sure you’re in the safest of hands by checking every one of our driver’s state & federal backgrounds, DMV records, and drug tests.
Is there a guarantee?
We promise that if your driver is not on location by your scheduled pick-up time you will get 30% off your reservation total.
